  • REFORMER HONEY FLOW (GROUP CLASS)

    Classes are creatively sequenced to challenge your strength, balance, and build endurance while integrating breath. Intensity will be based on the discretion of the teacher.

  • REFORMER JUMP (GROUP CLASS)

    Utilizing the Jumpboard, expect a low-impact cardiovascular challenge with strength-building intervals that will target your whole body. Intensity will be based on the discretion of the teacher.

  • SEMI-PRIVATE/PRIVATE

    2-3 people; great for private groups, couples, or those seeking more individualized focus. Each student works toward their own respective goals while in community.

    PRIVATES////

    Recommended if you are new to pilates or working on specific challenges or injuries. A program will be tailored with the instructor with specific goals unique to each client.
